A Lot Going On

I haven’t written here in quite sometime, definitely wasn’t my intention to create this source and then leave it empty for as long as I have. Well, I plan on writing here regularly again, especially with the Holmseth story starting to get VERY interesting.

Shortly after my last post, on 14 August 2017, Thomas Olsen, of Santa Rosa County, FL, was granted a temporary protective injunction against Timothy Charles Holmseth. On 6 September 2017, this protective injunction was granted permanently and is until further ordered, a lifetime restraining order. Timothy Holmseth violated the temporary protective injunction that was in place on 5 September 2017 with the publishing of an article that mentioned Thomas Olsen in several places. Thomas Olsen filed a $200,000 lawsuit in the federal court of the Northern District of Florida – Pensacola Region. Thomas Olsen later filed a Motion for Voluntary Dismissal in order to take the lawsuit and file it in state court, which would’ve forced Holmseth to the state of Florida. As of this posting, that lawsuit has yet to be filed but we also know that it is still currently in the works and being formed better than the federal lawsuit.

Everyone knows that Kim Picazio, Thomas Olsen’s personal attorney, received a lifetime protective injunction against Timothy Charles Holmseth in 2011 out of Broward County, FL. Timothy Charles Holmseth was just arrested for violating this same court order for the THIRD time. Timothy Charles Holmseth currently has an arraignment hearing in April for this latest violation. One can only hope the judge will throw the book at him. Kim Picazio and her family has dealt with this psychopath for 10 years now, it’s about time it’s stopped.

Holmseth claimed that the family court hearing he had on 13 December 2017 was to determine whether or not any court imposed restrictions placed on him regarding Picazio would be dismissed. Timothy Charles Holmseth makes the claim that his motion was granted and those restrictions have been lifted. This couldn’t be any further from the truth. We are currently in possession of the transcripts from that very hearing and nothing of the sort even came close to happening. Judge Tamara Yon clearly stated, on several occasions, that court hearing wasn’t to determine the merit behind any of his investigations, in fact the Judge refused to listen to any of Timothy Charles Holmseth’s “evidence.” The hearing was to determine the welfare of Timothy Charles Holmseth’s minor son. That’s it. Nothing else.

Timothy Charles Holmseth also makes the claim of being a “protected witness.” Again, this couldn’t be any further from the truth. There is no governmental entity on this planet that would place somebody into the Witness Protection Program and allow them to use their same name, continue an online presence, contact family/friends, etc…

Timothy Charles Holmseth also makes the claim that the charges against him regarding the Picazio RO violation have been dismissed and that the RO has been vacated. This is not true. A simple search of the docket and court website will show that this isn’t true.

Everything that comes out of Timothy Charles Holmseth’s mouth is nothing but a fucking lie and should be taken as such. Not once has he EVER produced ANY sort of admissible evidence to prove any of the statements he has made about any of his victims. All he has are hearsay recordings that to this day, almost 10 years after the recordings, have failed to hold up in ANY court NATIONWIDE. Timothy Charles Holmseth has lost over two dozen civil and criminal cases in a dozen jurisdictions throughout the years. He goes to court, he loses literally EVERYTIME and that pattern has yet to change to this day.

It is also reported that Timothy Charles Holmseth is currently under investigation by the FBI because of his criminalistic activities over the years.

Timothy Charles Holmseth – The Real Extortionist

Now, let’s first look at what Timothy Charles Holmseth believes defines extortion. He believes that if somebody threatens court action unless defamatory and baseless accusations are removed and/or immediately stopped is extortion. That is simple not true one iota. Extortion is defined as threatening to release information on an individual or do harm to an individual unless some sort of monetary deal is set in place. This does not constitute extortion.

If Timothy Charles Holmseth believes that his definition of extortion is the true definition under the law, than he is guilty of extortion a thousand times over. I’m sure Thomas Olsen is not cowering one bit over the threats of Timothy Charles Holmseth. As far as we know, Thomas Olsen’s probation officer has been made well aware of Timothy Charles Holmseth, by Thomas Olsen himself. Thomas Olsen also has planned for Timothy Charles Holmseth to contact his probation officer, because that’s the types of actions he enjoys taking. We will see what happens, but I can guarantee this won’t end well for Timothy Charles Holmseth.

Timothy Charles Holmseth enjoys going after others criminal records. But yet, he decides to try and hide his own criminal past (including felonies). From what we know, Thomas Olsen is doing perfectly well for himself and is in extremely good standings with the state of Florida and his probation officer. Timothy Holmseth just can’t stop breaking the law. Not only are his posts criminal in nature, but they are also very actionable under the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and the Minnesota Rules of Civil Procedure.

Everyone should know by now that Timothy Charles Holmseth was served with a protective injunction back in 2011 by Kim Picazio. He violated this injunction not once, but twice and was subsequently arrested and prosecuted for doing so. The following was also dug up on his criminal record. Apart from the following, the courts also deemed him chemically dependent (a fancy term for addict). That obviously hasn’t changed in recent years. One can only assume, just by reading his vitriol, that he must be mixing alcohol with prescription medications.

17 October 1990 – Trespassing – Felony

27 February 1991 – DWI/Alcohol Test Refusal – Gross Misdemeanor
